How to Submit a Review
We'd love to hear what you think about the products you've purchased from Hippy Hut.
To submit a review:
- Sign in to your account.
- Visit the product you want to review.
- Click Add Your Review.
- Rate the product for Value and Quality.
- Enter your Nickname, Summary, and Review.
- Click Submit Review.
Your review will be read by our staff before it is published. Reviews are reviewed to make sure they meet our guidelines, but we do not approve or reject reviews based on whether you give a product a positive or negative rating. We want your honest feedback!
Review Reward Requirements
To receive Reward Points for a review:
- You must have purchased the product from hippyhut.com.
- The review must be for a specific product you purchased.
- The review must be approved and published.
- Reviews of products you have not purchased will not automatically qualify for Reward Points.
- Reviews covering multiple products or groups of products will not automatically qualify for Reward Points.
Reward limit: 5 approved reviews per day.
Redeeming Reward Points
You can redeem your Reward Points during checkout.
100 Reward Points = $1.00
Each Reward Point is worth one penny.
You must have a minimum balance of 100 Reward Points to redeem points at checkout.
Reward Points can be combined with other payment methods, including credit cards, gift cards, and store credit.
If you have enough Reward Points to cover your entire purchase, you can use your points to pay for the order without using another payment method.
Reward Points cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another person.
Managing Your Reward Points
You can view and manage your Reward Points through your Hippy Hut customer account.
From your account, you can view:
- Your current Reward Point balance
- The dollar value of your points
- The minimum number of points required for redemption
- Your points history
- Points earned, redeemed, or expired
- Applicable expiration information
You can also choose to receive email notifications when your balance changes.
